I have not posted for a few months and want explain why. I needed to focus on my family.

My son said to me, “If this will help one person, this story should be told.”

I posted this video to Facebook and got 4,000 views in four days. Clearly, people are hungry to hear this. I am on a mission to remove the stigma from addiction and mental illness.

Spring is here!

I have spring fever! I want to report that I have been diligently working on my next book, but that would be a lie. The weather is too enticing. Merry Christmas from Heather - a little late, but worth it
